wing and the distribution of residual stress and strain after deep drawing in different forming schemes are analyzed. The results show that: for the dust-cover deep drawing, to form the box-part firstly is more beneficial than to form the step-part firstly; the material located slightly lower than the tangent position of the top round corner and straight-wall of the dust-cover is thinned most seriously, this region is the dangerous cross-section where fracture may occur in the deep drawing of dust cover.
